Brgy’s Place: ABRA

Abra province is part of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) in the northern part of Luzon. It is a landlocked province with Bangued as its capital. It borders Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Ilocos Sur, Mountain Province and Kalinga.
